Playbooks

Use playbooks to take actions when an activity policy triggers. This leverages Power Automate flows which is very similar to a Logic App if you have worked with them. The sky is the limit on what you can do with these flows, Microsoft has laid out some advanced email reporting options using it here.

Like governance actions, be sure to test your activity policy first before implementing and possibly causing unintended consequences.
